SHIPPING POLICY

We ship from Australia and aim to get your order out the door fast... because we know you’re keen to wear it!

All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or QLD public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Please note that during busy launch or sale periods, order processing and shipping may take between 1 to 4 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can regularly track your parcel. Currently only shipping AUS-WIDE.

Standard Shipping (Australia):
$8 or free over $100
Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days

Express Shipping (Australia):
$15 flat rate
Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days

We currently ship within Australia only. If you’re outside Australia and want to order, email us at info@emergeactivewear.com, we might be able to help.

Please double-check your address at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.


Pre-orders

If an item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be clearly noted on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, everything will ship together once the pre-order is ready — unless you make two separate orders.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, it’s out of our hands — but we’ll always try to help. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please reach out to the carrier first with your tracking number. Then email us at info@emergeactivewear.com if you still need help.
