Emerge Activewear Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to feel great in your Emerge Activewear, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

Returns for Store Credit

We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery for items that meet the above condition. Store credit will reflect the amount paid at checkout. If you used a discount code, your store credit will be based on the discounted amount. Store credits never expire.

Exchanges for Sizing

We accept exchanges for a different size within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, scent-free, and free from any marks (like makeup or fake tan), with all original tags and packaging included.

If the size you need is unavailable, we can offer store credit instead.

Please note: Returns for reasons other than sizing or faulty items (like change of mind) are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@emergeactivewear.com with your order details.

  • If we confirm the item is faulty, we will replace it.
  • If a replacement isn’t possible, a refund will be issued.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for postage on size exchanges or change-of-mind returns.
For faulty items, we will cover the cost of return postage.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Emerge Activewear is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

How to Return or Exchange

To start a return or size exchange, email info@emergeactivewear.com with your order number and details of the item. We’ll provide the next steps.

If a return or exchange does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back to you.
